Lesson Policies
I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If a student cancels a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, the student must pay full tuition for the missed lesson.
Lessons canceled more than 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled within 7 days (depending on teacher availability).
I do expect and appreciate a phone call (in addition to an email) if a student needs to cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours notice.
The 24 hour cancellation policy includes any and all reasons (illness, car problems, etc.)
Tuition should be paid at the time of the lesson.
For students who are interested in taking ongoing lessons, it is helpful to me if tuition is paid on a monthly basis in advance.
Payment for monthly lessons should be made PRIOR TO, but, absolutely NO LATER THAN the first lesson of the month.
After the first lesson of the month, tuition not paid is considered late and is subject to a $10 late fee (compounded weekly).
Tuition is non-refundable.
